         Insights & Reporting: Deliver relevant information from the seller side of the platform to the buyer side, aiding them in making informed decisions regarding whom they wish to collaborate with.

         Product Analytics: To comprehend user interactions, identify areas of improvement, optimize product features, and enhance overall user experience.

         Sales & Marketing: Conduct customer communication activities, to understand our customers better and to personalize our communication. It enables us to maintain a relationship with our customers, reach out to potential customers, and meet market demands. If you have not opted out of receiving marketing materials, we may also use your personal information to promote and market additional services and special offers from us.

         Provide a Public Pricing Calculator bringing transparency to the influencer marketing industry and offer a benchmark on what is considered fair payment for work.

With Facebook API Services, we access the following:

         List of pages that you have access to, to pick the Facebook Page you want to connect to collabnut.com and verify you manage it;

         The number of followers on your selected Facebook Page, to display on your collabnut.com profile; and

         The number of likes and comments, to calculate an engagement rate to display on your collabnut.com profile.

We do not post anything to your Facebook Page and we do not store any of your private Facebook information.

You have the right to revoke our access to this data by disconnecting your Facebook Page from collabnut.com or using your Facebook Settings Page, which is located here.

collabnut.com only stores the data fetched from Facebook for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request the deletion of that data by contacting us at hello@collabnut.com.

Instagram

When connecting your Instagram channel to the Service, you will be asked to grant us permissions before we make the connection. After granting us permissions, we will be able to access some data, which is listed below.

With Facebook API Services, we access the following:

         The ID and profile name of the Instagram Account you are connecting, to identify your account and verify you manage it;

         Post and story insights, such as likes, comments, impressions, and reach, which are displayed on your collabnut.com profile and used to calculate metrics such as engagement on reach rate and average performance;

         Media, such as posts and stories, which is shared on your collabnut.com profile; and

         User insights, such as audience demographics and audience reached in 28 days, which are shared on your collabnut.com profile.

We do not post anything to your Instagram Account and we do not store any of your private Instagram information.

You have the right to revoke our access to this data by disconnecting your Instagram Account from collabnut.com or using your Facebook Settings Page, which is located here.

collabnut.com only stores the data fetched from Instagram for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request the deletion of that data by contacting us at [email protected].

Use of Google-based Data

Sign in

When you sign into the Service with Google, we uniquely identify you by the email that is provided by your Google Account, which is granted to us when you accept our request to connect your Google Account. After you accept our request to connect your Google Account, we store the following list of data:

         The ID of the Google Account you are connecting;

         The Email of the Google Account you are connecting;

         The Full Name, as specified, on the Google Account you are connecting; and

         The Profile Picture, as specified, on the Google Account you are connecting.

After the data is granted and stored, you will be registered on our service. When you sign into the Service with the same Google Account at a later time, we match the ID of your Google Account to our database records to identify you as the same user, and we log you into your existing account on the Service.

We do not display your Google email publicly.

YouTube

When connecting your YouTube channel to the Service, you will be asked to grant us permissions before we make the connection. After granting us permissions, we use YouTube API Services, governed by the Google Privacy Policy, in order to collect:

         Your recent videos;

         The View Count on your recent videos;

         The Subscriber Count on your YouTube channel; and

         The URL to your YouTube channel.

We display the URL to your YouTube channel and the View Count on your recent videos to other users who visit the Service.

We do not post anything to your YouTube channel and we do not store any of your private YouTube information.

You have the right to revoke our access to this data by disconnecting your Youtube channel from collabnut.com or using your Google Security Settings Page, which is located here.

Use of TikTok-based Data

When connecting your TikTok channel to the Service, you will be asked to grant us permissions before we make the connection. After granting us permissions, we will be able to access some data, which is listed below.

With TikTok API Services, we access the following:

         The ID and profile name of the TikTok Account you are connecting, to identify your account and verify you manage it;

         Post insights, such as likes, comments count, impressions, video views and reach, which are displayed on your collabnut.com profile and used to calculate metrics such as engagement on reach rate and average performance;

         Media which is shared on your collabnut.com profile; and

         User insights, such as audience demographics and audience reached in 28 days, which are shared on your collabnut.com profile.

We do not post anything to your TikTok Account and we do not store any of your private TikTok information.

You have the right to revoke our access to this data by disconnecting your TikTok Account from collabnut.com.

Retention and Storage of Your Personal Information

collabnut.com retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws.

         Collaboration: Data is held for 3 years from the point of user inactivity (e.g., not logging in).

         Finance: PIN, Purchase and Sales history, Bank account details, Nationality, and Residence Country are retained until account deletion, primary documentation is preserved for 5 years and secondary documentation for 3.5 years post-deletion, as per the Norwegian Accounting Act. Uploaded ID copies are deleted after 14 days.

         Insights & Reporting: A retention period of 3 years from inactivity applies. No data deletion occurs from completed collaborations.

         Product Analytics: Aggregated/anonymous data doesn’t have a set deletion schedule. Identifiable data, however, is retained and subsequently deleted after 24 months.

         Sales and Marketing: Customers & potential customers (represented as legal person) are stored and maintained over time in our CRM without a deletion schedule, including contact information at these companies. If a customer or lead specifically requests to be deleted, we will delete both the contact and all associated information about that customer from our CRM if no purchase orders older than 2 years exist. A customer or potential customers is considered active as long as we have information related to that customer/lead in our CRM and we have had communication with the customer in the last 24 months. After 24 months we either delete the customer/potential customer from our CRM or re-engage the customer/potential customers.

         Public Pricing Calculator: Data is not retained.

Your personal data will be accessed by staff within the European Economic Area while it is in our care.

We use third-party service providers to store your data, which may be located outside of the European Economic Area, including, but not limited to, the United States. These countries generally do not have laws which protect your personal data to the same extent as is the case in the European Union.
